It’s definitely a stoup and sarmie day today, so much so I’ve banished the Klutz in the Kitchen to his real home, the kitchen to cook up a humungous pot of Aunty Sarah’s World Famous Pea and Hock/Bacon Stoup, the makings he’s got so no excuses, and so looking forward to the finished result later, oh and while he’s in there he’s gonna make some more Bobotie ‘cause there’s only enough for one more sarmie. I’ve been asked for
Aunty Sarah’s Pea Stoup recipe many times but the Klutz has simply refused, so I took a sneak peak and watch very carefully when he last made it and I hope I’ve got it right and will post it on the website later today.
